RST rope cutter for Ø 50 mm propeller shaft - split model.
The rope cutter is a safety device that protects the propeller and propeller shaft by cutting the rope if it gets twisted around the propeller. The rope cutter is made of corrosion-resistant AISI316 stainless steel material.
The hardened rope cutter can be mounted on the shaft between the propeller and the support bearing without having to remove the propeller from the shaft.
